Licensed Aesthetician

We are seeking a Licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting. This role combines technical skill, clinical precision, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform non-invasive and laser-based aesthetic treatments, including skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and body contouring.

Administer or assist with Alma TED hair restoration, Emsculpt, Emface, Emtone, and other advanced energy-based therapies.

Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and provide personalized treatment recommendations.

Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product usage.

Support patient consultations, treatment documentation, and follow-ups.

Promote memberships, treatment packages, and skincare products with professionalism and integrity.

Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance with safety and HIPAA regulations.

Participate in ongoing education and device training sessions to stay current on emerging technologies and protocols.

Qualifications

Experienced in Medspa settings.

Current Iowa State License as an Aesthetician with Laser Certification (required).

Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic setting preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Confidence in patient education and ability to promote treatment plans effectively.
  • A professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and protocols under physician supervision.

Front Desk Sales Associate / Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and sales-focused Front Desk & Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients. This is not just a reception role — sales performance is the primary expectation. Only candidates with a proven track record and a minimum of 5 verifiable years of front desk and sales experience in aesthetics, medical spa, wellness, or luxury service industries will be considered.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment, consistently meets sales goals, and is passionate about helping clients while driving revenue growth for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in clients in a professional, polished, and welcoming manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic software
  • Proactively educate clients and close sales on treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales and front desk experience in aesthetics, medical spa, wellness, or related industries (required)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals through effective client communication and closing skills
  • Track record of driving sales in a luxury or medical spa setting
  • Confident in discussing pricing, promotions, and successfully closing high-value treatment packages
  • Proficient in scheduling software and computer systems
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor at all times
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-demand environment
  • Passion or background in wellness, skincare, or aesthetics is preferred
