How Does a Light Therapy Appointment Work?
You won't have to do any kind of special preparation before your light therapy appointment. After sitting down with you to discuss your goals, one of our providers will select the appropriate wavelengths and treatment settings for your session, allowing for a more personalized experience. All you'll have to do is lie down and relax on the Elysium bed while the system delivers gentle LED light across your entire body. You may feel warm, but the light doesn't get hot enough to burn. Once your session is over, you're free to jump back into your routine, refreshed and ready for what's next.
